- We enjoy working here in the crushing plant, says Dmitriy, who has experience from the mining industry both in Nikel and the former Sydvaranger Gruve AS. At present we are working on equipment maintenance and preparations prior to a re-start of operations. We are truly enjoying the job, however, what is special about Sydvaranger, and is something we really appreciate, is the good working environment, he says with a big smile on his face.
